WPCodingPress is committed to providing professional support for all VisaFlow Pro customers. Our support is designed to help you successfully install, deploy, and operate your visa processing platform.

Support is provided as part of your license purchase. There are no separate support fees or subscriptions required. Support is included for the lifetime of your license.

Guidance through the initial installation and setup process. Includes database configuration, environment setup, and first-time launch.

Support Exclusions

The following are not covered under standard support:

Custom development or feature requests outside the original product scope
Content creation, data entry, or visa application processing
Third-party integrations not included in the original product
Issues caused by modifications to the source code by the customer or their contractors
Server maintenance, OS updates, or hosting infrastructure issues
DNS configuration beyond initial setup guidance
Training end-users or staff on how to use the platform
Recovery of lost data or database restoration
