VisaFlow Pro Setup Guide

Follow this step-by-step guide to go from purchase to a fully deployed, branded visa processing platform. Total estimated time: 1-2 hours of hands-on work, plus 24-48 hours for deployment.

Before You Start

  • Gumroad purchase receipt (Order ID)
  • Company logo (512x512px PNG or SVG recommended)
  • Favicon (32x32px ICO or PNG)
  • Brand colors (primary hex code, e.g., #4F46E5)
  • Domain name you want to use
  • Hosting provider account (Render, Vercel, etc.)

Technical Prerequisites

  • Basic familiarity with web hosting and DNS
  • Access to your domain's DNS settings
  • Hosting provider account with Node.js support
  • SSL certificate (auto-provisioned by most hosts)
  • GitHub account (for source code access)

Setup Steps

Follow each step in order. Most steps take 5-10 minutes.

Step 1: Purchase VisaFlow Pro

5 minutes
  • Visit the VisaFlow Pro product page and complete your purchase on Gumroad
  • After purchase, you'll receive an email with your Order ID
  • Save your Order ID — you'll need it to verify your purchase on the onboarding page
  • Click the onboarding link in your receipt email to begin the setup wizard

Step 2: Create Your Account

3 minutes
  • If you don't already have one, create a WPCodingPress account at /register
  • Log in to your account — this links your onboarding to your profile
  • Navigate to the Customer Onboarding page or click the link from your receipt
  • Your session will be automatically detected — no need to re-enter details

Step 3: Verify Your Purchase

2 minutes
  • On the onboarding page, select the Order ID tab
  • Paste the Order ID from your Gumroad receipt email (e.g., QVStqP1vHtcaC4ZAzoCidg==)
  • Alternatively, use the Email tab and enter your purchase email
  • Our system verifies your purchase in real-time via the Gumroad API
  • Once verified, you'll be redirected to the setup wizard

Step 4: Enter Your Business Information

5 minutes
  • Provide your company name, business email, and contact phone number
  • Enter your country, city, and website URL
  • Select your timezone for scheduling and reporting
  • All information is stored securely and used to configure your platform

Step 5: Configure Your Branding

10 minutes
  • Upload your company logo (recommended size: 512x512px, PNG or SVG)
  • Upload your favicon (recommended size: 32x32px, ICO or PNG)
  • Set your primary and secondary brand colors
  • Enter your company tagline and support contact details
  • Add your WhatsApp number for customer support integration
  • Preview how your brand will appear on the platform in real-time

Step 6: Configure Deployment

  • Enter your preferred domain name (e.g., visa.yourcompany.com)
  • Select your hosting provider (Vercel, Render, DigitalOcean, AWS, or other)
  • Choose additional services: deployment assistance, migration, white-label setup, custom development
  • Review your selections and submit the onboarding form
  • Our team receives your submission and begins preparing your platform

Step 7: Platform Deployment

24-48 hours
  • Our deployment team reviews your configuration and sets up your platform
  • We deploy the source code to your hosting provider or assist you with the process
  • SSL certificates are configured for secure HTTPS access
  • DNS settings are verified and your domain is connected
  • You receive a confirmation email with your platform credentials and access details

Step 8: Post-Deployment Review

  • Log in to your new visa processing platform admin dashboard
  • Review all visa types, country listings, and fee schedules are populated
  • Test the application submission flow from end to end
  • Verify email notifications are working correctly
  • Schedule a follow-up call with our team if needed via Calendly
