Overview

VisaFlow Pro is a commercial software product sold under a per-license commercial source code license. When you purchase VisaFlow Pro, you are purchasing a license to use the software — not the copyright or ownership of the intellectual property itself.

This license is designed to give you maximum flexibility to build and grow your visa processing business while protecting the intellectual property of WPCodingPress. You receive full source code, white-label rights, and self-hosting permissions — without recurring fees or revenue sharing.

License Grant

WPCodingPress grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use VisaFlow Pro for your internal business operations and commercial visa processing services, subject to the terms of this agreement.

Perpetual

Once purchased, your license does not expire. You may use the software indefinitely.

Non-Exclusive

WPCodingPress may license the same software to other customers.

Non-Transferable

You may not transfer your license to another person or entity without written consent.

Self-Hosted

You may deploy the software on any infrastructure you control.

Commercial Usage

This license permits full commercial use. You may operate a visa processing business using VisaFlow Pro, charge your clients for visa application services, and generate revenue from the platform without paying any fees or royalties to WPCodingPress.

There are no transaction fees, no revenue sharing, and no monthly subscription requirements. Your license is a one-time purchase that covers your business entity for the lifetime of the product version you purchased.

What Is Allowed

Commercial Usage

Use the platform to operate a commercial visa processing business for your clients.

Unlimited Internal Staff

Your employees and contractors may access and use the platform on your behalf.

Modify Source Code

Customize, extend, and modify the source code to meet your business requirements.

Self Host

Deploy the platform on your own servers, cloud infrastructure, or hosting provider.

White Label

Rebrand the platform with your company name, logo, colors, and domain.

Own Your Data

All client data, application data, and business information belongs to you.

Receive Updates

Access to software updates and security patches as they are released.

Support Access

Eligible for installation support, deployment assistance, and bug fix support.

What Is Not Allowed

Redistribute Source Code

You may not distribute the original source code to third parties.

Sell the Original

You may not resell or sublicense the unmodified original product.

Publish Repository

You may not publish the source code in any public repository.

Share Installer

You may not share the download package or installation files.

Transfer License

You may not transfer your license to another entity without written permission.

Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

  • Redistribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the original source code or compiled binaries
  • Publish the source code in any public repository, forum, or file-sharing platform
  • Use the software to provide a hosted SaaS platform that competes with WPCodingPress
  • Remove or obscure any copyright notices or attribution in the source code (unless granted white-label rights)
  • Use the software in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Create derivative products that compete directly with VisaFlow Pro for resale

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. WPCodingPress reserves the right to terminate this license immediately if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.

Termination does not relieve you of any obligations that have accrued prior to termination. Sections relating to liability, warranty disclaimer, and intellectual property shall survive termination.

Liability

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall WPCodingPress be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use VisaFlow Pro, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. WPCodingPress's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license.

Warranty Disclaimer

Disclaimer:VisaFlow Pro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. WPCodingPress does not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that all defects will be corrected.
