Our refund policy for VisaFlow Pro. We strive to be fair while protecting the value of our digital product.

Overview

VisaFlow Pro is a digital software product. Once the full source code has been delivered and access has been granted, the product cannot be “returned.” However, we offer refunds in specific circumstances as outlined below.

We encourage all prospective customers to thoroughly review the product documentation, explore the live demo, and contact us with any questions before purchasing.

Eligible for Refund

Technical Incompatibility

If the software cannot operate on your hosting environment due to documented technical requirements that were not met.

Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchased the same license twice. Only one license is retained; the duplicate is refunded.

Non-Delivery

If the source code and onboarding access are not delivered within 48 hours of purchase.

Misrepresentation

If the product materially differs from its published description and the issue cannot be resolved through support.

Not Eligible for Refund

Change of Mind

Refunds are not issued for change of mind after the source code has been delivered.

Customization Needs

The product not meeting your specific customization requirements is not grounds for a refund.

Third-Party Issues

Issues caused by your hosting provider, server configuration, or third-party services are not covered.

Delayed Deployment

Inability to deploy the software due to your own technical limitations after delivery.

Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchase VisaFlow Pro twice, we will refund the duplicate purchase in full. Please contact us with both Order IDs to request the duplicate refund. Only one license is required per business entity.

Duplicate Refund Process

Contact support@wpcodingpress.com with both Gumroad Order IDs. We will verify and process the refund within 3-5 business days.

Chargeback Policy

Important: Filing a chargeback without first contacting WPCodingPress to resolve the issue may result in permanent revocation of your license and denial of future purchases. We are committed to resolving any legitimate issues. Please contact us first.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@wpcodingpress.com with:

Your Gumroad Order ID
The email address used for the purchase
A brief explanation of the issue
Any supporting documentation (screenshots, error logs, etc.)

Refund Processing

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval. The refund is issued to the original payment method.

Payment Reversal

Refunds are processed through Gumroad. Processing times may vary based on your payment provider and region.
